We win again!
Our firm continued our win streak in the Court of Appeal with unequivocal victory in Cheryll Gotto v. William Soto, G053961. The Fourth District Court of Appeal reversed the trial court which had entered judgment in favor of a real estate agent accused of defrauding an elderly client. The Court of Appeal denied the agent’s request for sanctions, finding it unwarranted. The Court of Appeal awarded costs to our client. The decision was an unequivocal victory for plaintiff and Appellant Gotto.

There is not a wave of new sexual harassment in this country. There is a wave of exposing sexual harassment as victims have had the courage to move forward.
